Salads for every day
You never wondered who was the first of the cooks came up with this wonderful dish, as a salad. Salad — a cold dish made of different vegetables with seasoning vinegar, vegetable oil, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, etc.; mostly served with grilled meat, sometimes in the form of snacks. Salads are the perfect food for lazy man, first of all, because of the quickness of preparation and lack of need of warming up: sliced vegetables, tucked sour cream or pouring, and the dish is ready.
The easiest and most favorite salad in our family can eat every day, never boring. A complicated, time-consuming salads, I do too don’t really like
Ingredients: 250 g raw carrots 200 g of boiled beet, 200 g of cheese, 6 cloves of garlic, 60g of walnuts, salt, mayonnaise.
Carrots to RUB on a small grater, mix with 2 chopped cloves of garlic, milled walnuts (30g), salt and mix.
Cheese RUB and combine with minced garlic (2 cloves).
Boiled beets grate, add the remaining crushed garlic and nuts, add salt, mix well. Fold all layers:
1st layer: carrots with garlic and nuts (flat side to flatten a bit);
2nd layer: mayonnaise;
3rd layer:cheese with garlic;
4th layer: mayonnaise;
5th layer: beets with garlic and nuts;
6th layer: mayonnaise.
Salad “Exotic” (for 5 minutes)
Ingredients: Bank marinated mushrooms (home canning), 1-2 packs of crab sticks or crab meat, a jar of pitted olives (stuffed with lemon or shrimp), Bank of canned pineapple.
All the ingredients pour over mayonnaise and mix.
Salad “Tenderness” Ingredients:
3 banana. 1 (250 g) pack of crab sticks. 1 Bank of canned corn, 3 boiled eggs. 2 pickled cucumber. 1 onion (preferably sweet), 300 grams of cheese, 4-5 cloves garlic, mayonnaise.
Peeled bananas finely chop, add finely cut crab sticks, onion, eggs, cucumbers and grated cheese. Stir, add corn, passed through chesnokodavilku garlic, add salt, mayonnaise.
Ingredients: potatoes 5 PCs. eggs 5 PCs onion 2 PCs apples 3 PCs. salmon 1 Bank, 2 banks mayonnaise.

Two favorite salad without mayonnaise

2. Salad with avocado
